Oklahoma Spaceworks, a growing force in aerospace, defense, and space commercialization, will officially rebrand as Oklahoma Space Factum, reflecting the company's evolution into a mission-driven organization focused on delivering real-world capabilities in the space domain.
The name "Factum," derived from Latin meaning "something made" or a "completed act," underscores the company's commitment to execution, operational readiness, and tangible results in an increasingly competitive and rapidly advancing space economy.

"This transition represents more than a name change - it reflects who we are becoming," says James Wulz, Founder of Oklahoma Space Factum. "Oklahoma Space Factum is built on action, capability, and delivery. As the space industry shifts from concept to execution, we are positioning ourselves to be at the forefront of that transformation."
The rebrand aligns with the company's long-term vision to establish Oklahoma as a strategic hub for aerospace and space operations while supporting national security priorities and commercial innovation.
Existing leadership and operations will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity. The transition will roll out across all platforms, and communications.
"We are not just supporting the future of space - we are building it," Wulz added.
